This project supports the expansion of IFMIS and HRMIS systems in South Sudan, including the implementation of a biometrically integrated payroll management system and a nationwide digital headcount.

Phase 1 Nationwide biometric headcount launch October 2025

The Government of South Sudan officially launched the nationwide biometric headcount and payroll verification exercise under the IFMIS expansion program.
