Afroportal is a Dubai-based company working across technology, trade, and operational areas, with a focus on supporting work that requires coordination across multiple functions. We were established by professionals with backgrounds in IT, trade, and logistics, and have grown by taking on work that sits at the intersection of these areas. Today, we operate across both standalone engagements and more complex assignments that require alignment between systems, sourcing, finance, and execution.

We have been involved in projects that combine digital systems with on-the-ground implementation, particularly in public sector and institutional environments. One of our key engagements includes its role in the implementation of a biometrically integrated payroll management system in South Sudan, delivered under the broader IFMIS expansion program financed by the World Bank. As part of this work, we supported the deployment of biometric devices, large-scale data collection for civil servants, and training of personnel across registration processes.

In addition to system-related work, we supported sourcing, procurement, and logistics activities across different sectors, helping coordinate the movement of goods, materials, and equipment in both local and cross-border contexts. We have also been involved in trading and procurement activities, working with suppliers and partners to support delivery requirements across infrastructure, institutional, and commercial environments.
